An atonic seizure from Jake. First you will see Jake with his eyes focussed to the left side and there's no contact with Jake (Absence). Then, with a big shock of his head he's "back in the world". After this small seizure, he immediately is back to normal happy and loud Jake.
The first part is at normal speed, the second part in slowmotion, because it happens very quick:
